Holly Bird is a printmaker and instructor from Palm Harbor, Florida.
Her career in design and illustration ranged from storyboarding five feature films in the ‘80s and ‘90s to magazine art direction and TV news broadcast art direction in print, digital and animation. She has been a graphic design adjunct at USF and other schools in the Tampa Bay area. She currently teaches printmaking at the Dunedin Fine Art Center (DFAC) in Dunedin, FL and printmaking workshops at the John C. Campbell Folk School in NC.
Holly is a Roycroft Renaissance Master Artisan (RALA) and a Roycroft Arts and Craftsmen Guild associate artist in the American Arts & Crafts Movement Revival.
She is also a signature member of the American Society Of Marine Artists (ASMA), and her work reflects her lifelong love of sailing small traditional sailboats in Florida’s coastal waters.
