How to Register: Participants and Exhibitors

We want to make online registration fast and easy for you, but you can always call our office at (828) 628-1915 with any questions or to register over the phone.** If you have already made a 2021 conference reservation through the Omni Grove Park Inn, please call (800) 438-5800 to request a refund of your deposit, as we are unable to transfer your deposit over to us or hold it until we return to the GPI in 2022.

After submitting your registration information and payment, you will receive an email confirmation of your registration, along with password instructions for accessing the Conference Events Page with your links to all of the February events.

For those who’d like to pay by credit card, you are able to select “Continue as Guest” under the PayPal option and are still able to purchase a pass using your credit card.

**If you prefer to pay by check, please give our office a call at (828) 628-1915 during our office hours and we can register you over the phone. Please make sure you call and connect with us as we must get you set up with login information over the phone that will be crucial to being able to access conference content.
