In keeping with the Arts & Crafts philosophy of “Head, Heart and Hand”, each year we offer individuals who are planning to arrive early to the National Arts & Crafts Conference the opportunity to take a pre-conference workshop. These workshops are hands-on and are designed to give you the chance to make something for you or your home.
Space in these workshops is limited and registration is done on a first-come, first-served basis, so don’t delay!
Please note: for the 2027 workshops, you may purchase online OR call the office at (828) 628-1915 Monday through Friday during the office hours of 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM EASTERN.
All workshops are two half day courses, you must take both parts of the workshops to finish your piece.
Please note: the Conference Events Pass and Grove Park Inn weekend packages do not include registration for any Pre-Conference workshops.
What to expect when purchasing an online registration:
- You will need a credit card handy. Be prepared to submit both your email address as well as your phone number. While we will use your email to periodically send you news about the National Arts and Crafts Conference and Shows at the Grove Park Inn, your phone number will be shared ONLY with your instructor. We do not sell your data to anyone.
- The receipt sent to your email after the purchase will list “Flower Bridge Design LLC” as the company paid for the workshop. Flower Bridge Design LLC is the company that runs all National Arts & Crafts Conference operations and the company of director Kate Nixon. This email will be the receipt that you will receive in confirmation of your workshop registration.
- The PayPal receipt will additionally show a button asking you to create a PayPal account. You do not need to create a PayPal account, so please disregard that message.
Due to the high cost incurred by our workshop instructors in providing their time and supplies, cancellation of workshop participation must be done by December 15th to receive a full refund.
In the event that the minimum number of students is not reached for any workshop, refunds will be given in full.
